First Time Central Heating Grant?

First-time central heating is part of the ECO4 scheme and is a great way to get a FREE central heating system, including a new boiler, pipework, radiators, TRVs, and room thermostat along with other energy-efficient home improvements. This grant is designed to help people who live in low-energy properties get the heating they need. It’s part of the ECO4 scheme, which aims to reduce fuel poverty and increase energy efficiency.

By installing a new central heating system, you’ll save money on your energy bills, and will be more comfortable in your home.

Eligible Heating Types:

If you are using one of the following heating systems then you are eligible for Free first-time central heating.

ECO4 Qualifying Benefits

To qualify, must be a Homeowner or Living with Homeowner and receiving at least ONE of the following benefits:

Income based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA),
Income related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA),
Income Support (IS),
Pension Credit Guarantee Credit (PCGC),
Working Tax Credit (WTC),
Child Tax Credit (CTC),
Universal Credit (UC),
Housing Benefit,
Pension Credit Savings Credit (PCSC),
Child Benefit*
