To qualify for ECO4 grants using Child Benefit, your annual gross income from all sources before taxes must be below or equal to the following criteria:

LA Flex Eligibility

Qualifying to LA Flex Eligibility means that households have the low income threshold in addition to having any kind of health vulnerability. The LA Flex Eligibility is offering energy efficiency measures free of cost based on following two factors

  • Mobility diseases
  • Cardiovascular diseases
